I am unable to make payment, what do I do?

To check the status of your payment:

  1. Review Your Order History: Look for the order in question and check its payment status.
  2. Failed Payment with Deduction: If the payment failed but the amount was deducted, a refund will be processed within the next 72 hours.
  3. Deduction Without Order Confirmation: Please allow up to 90 minutes for order confirmation to be reflected on your email and app.
