1. If Your Order Hasn't Shipped:
This is the fastest way!
- Log in to your account.
- Find the "Cancellation" option right next to your order ID.
- Click it, select a reason, and you're done! We'll send a confirmation email.
2. If Your Order Has Already Shipped:
- Please contact our team at [email protected], and we'll assist you.
- (Or, the easiest way is to just decline the delivery when it arrives!)
3. If Your Order Is Already Delivered:

4. If Your Order Is 'Reserve/Click and Collect' (and 'Ready to Collect'):
